The when, where and how.
Offer a few times, text one link to the group, and everyone answers in a tap. WHERE picks the time that works and shows what it’ll cost.
What are you planning?
What your friends see when they tap the link.
Three taps for you. Two for everyone else.

One screen. One button. They’re in.
No app to download, no account, no password. The link opens straight onto the plan.
- 1The plan and the price first. Where it is, what it costs a head, and who’s already in.
- 2A tap for each time. “I can” or “Can’t”. Saying “I can” counts as coming.
- 3A first name and done. They see “You’re in” straight away, and the time that wins shows up on the same link.
Everyone sees what it costs before they say yes.
Official Midwest prices for food, drinks and gas, plus the tip and the tax everyone forgets. Pick one and drag.

Thursday study group. Sunday pickup game.
Mark a plan as weekly. Once it’s settled, WHERE makes next week’s with a fresh vote, and last week’s link still gets everyone there.
Set one upList it free. We never take a cut.
Your own photos and prices, and you see how many groups we actually sent you before anyone asks you for money.
The things people ask first.
Do my friends need to download anything?
No. They tap the link in the group text, see the plan, tap the times that work and type a first name. It’s a web page and it stays one.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Planning is free, there are no ads, and we take no commission on anything you book or buy.
What if people don’t answer?
You pick when voting closes. At that moment WHERE locks in the time that suits the most people, so nobody has to chase anyone. Before then, one tap writes a message naming exactly who hasn’t answered.
Can it split who brings and pays for what?
Yes. Every plan shows the cost a head before anyone says yes. On the plan, people claim what they’re bringing, and it works out who owes whom.
Where does it work?
All of Indiana, starting with Indianapolis. The places list covers every county, and any town works for a plan.
Someone has to go first. It may as well be you.
Thirty seconds to set up. One link to send. Nobody you invite signs up for anything.
